Engaging patients through conversation.

Sense Health helps healthcare organizations engage
patient populations through mobile communication.

Clinically proven to improve care management outcomes and patient engagement.

Through a randomized control trial with high-needs Medicaid patients, when compared to care management without Sense Health, care management with our platform resulted in:

  • +40%* remembering to attend health appointments
  • +12% remembering to refill prescriptions
  • +15% likeliness to work on care plan goals
  • +22% knowledge about recommended lifestyle changes

*Percent increases are based on improvements beyond those achieved in care management alone.

Data from randomized control trial with University Behavioral Associates a subsidiary of the Montefiore Medical Center
